Terms and Conditions of Use top33 Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the top33 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the top33 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are advised not to use the top33 platform. Continued use following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Eligibility

To use the top33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gambling.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition imposed by any statutory body.
• Registering under your own name — each individual is permitted to hold only one active account.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one account only on the top33 platform. Holding more than one account ("multi-account") is a serious violation that may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, as well as forfeiture of balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to:

• Creating a strong password and keeping it confidential from others.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits into your top33 account must be made using a verified payment method in your own name. top33 accepts deposits via FPX (online bank transfer), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and supported cryptocurrencies.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit platform.
• Deposits from third parties or using payment methods not in your own name are strictly prohibited.
• Top33 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to platform policy.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 business hours depending on the selected payment method.
• Top33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals suspected of fraud or in breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Top33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time the promotion is launched. In general, top33 bonus terms are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Any technical failure during a game session — including internet connection disruptions — does not guarantee an automatic refund unless server records confirm a system error.
